About Mem
Mem is for people who refuse to file. You write notes, capture meetings and jot tasks, and the AI does the organising — linking related notes, surfacing the right one when you ask, tracking tasks it finds in your writing — so there are no folders or tags to maintain. The paid tiers add routines (scheduled briefings, research and reminders) and connections to sources such as Gmail, Slack or Todoist, which is where it stops being a notebook and starts being an assistant over your notes. The pricing page (read 16 October 2026) shows monthly figures only: Free with 25 messages and 25 new notes a month and three hours of Voice Mode; Plus at $9 a month with 50 of each; Pro at $29 with 100 messages and notes, one custom routine and one connection; then Pro 2× at $49, 5× at $99, 10× at $149 and 20× at $199, each roughly doubling the allowances, with extra usage at $50 a block. Those caps are the limit to read twice: 25 notes a month on Free is a trial, not a workspace, and the per-message metering means a heavy user ends up on a tier that costs more than a general assistant. Notion AI on this site is the choice when your notes need to live in structured databases with a team; Glean is enterprise search across apps rather than a personal notebook. Verdict: a good fit for a solo knowledge worker who wants capture without maintenance; count your monthly notes before you pick a tier.
Best For
Solo knowledge workers, researchers and writers who capture a lot and hate organising it. Not for teams that need shared structured databases, where Notion AI fits, or for very heavy note-takers, whom the per-message tiers price out.

The 13 productivity agents we track, listed alphabetically. 9 of the 13 publish a free tier. Prices are the vendor’s own published starting figure and change without notice — check the vendor’s pricing page before committing.
The bar under a price compares that plan with the dearest monthly plan in this table (6 of the 13 rows are flat monthly prices). Custom, per-seat, per-usage and annual prices are not on the same scale, so they carry no bar — a missing bar does not mean cheaper.
