ToppAgent ("we", "us", "our") is published by NorwegianSpark SA (Org no: 834 984 172). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you visit toppagent.com.
Data We Collect
We measure how the site is used with Google Analytics 4 in Consent Mode (pages viewed, referrer, approximate country, device type and clicks on partner links). Until you choose Accept in the cookie banner, Google Analytics runs without cookies and receives only cookieless measurement pings; if you accept, it may set cookies to recognise returning visits. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and request details to deliver and protect the site. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and, if you give it, your first name. If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address and message.
How We Use Your Data
Analytics data is used to improve our content and user experience. Email addresses are used solely for newsletter delivery and are never sold to third parties. Newsletter sign-ups are stored in our own subscriber database, and contact-form messages and sign-up notifications reach our inbox through our email provider, Resend.
Cookies
ToppAgent sets no analytics, advertising or affiliate cookies until you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you choose Reject, or make no choice, none of them are set. Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage for up to 12 months. After you accept, Google Analytics may set cookies, and we load the tracking tags of the affiliate networks Commission Junction (CJ) and Impact, which may set cookies so that they can credit us when you buy from one of their partners. Analytics, advertising and affiliate cookies are used only with your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site’s stored data in your browser, which brings the cookie banner back.
Advertising
We are setting up Google AdSense to show advertising on ToppAgent. Where ads are shown, third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info. Third-Party Links
ToppAgent contains affiliate links to third-party services. When you click these links, you leave our site and are subject to the privacy policies of those services. The affiliate network that manages a link (for example Impact, Commission Junction (CJ) or Rakuten Advertising) and the merchant may set their own cookies to record the referral.
